Are you letting it all burn? Are you surrendering it all to the elements? This final week before the Spring Equinox feels like a final release of shedding and composting needed before the seeds of our highest potential can be planted and allowed to grow roots. Be patient. Breathe Deep. Allow the purge of ancient energies to flow out of you, down the river and into the oceans of change and transformation. I welcome the ebb and flow. I welcome the burning of the old and how the sacred ashes are cooling and nourishing the soils. A dark earth waits, in stillness, knowing that change is imminent. With grief she exhales and with glee she inhales.
Within your ancient heart, a ringing is being heard. Will you listen to the call? A returning to the earth. Her calm, dark essence envelops as I lay on the grass. She covers me in soothing, grounded knowing that all is well. A welcoming home as I give away my sorrows back down to the core to be transmuted into joy and revelation. Each one of us is GOD. Each one of us is a cell of God’s goodness. The game of hide and seek that wisdom plays while pretending to be separate and alone. We search for unity until we surrender to the unknown and flow into synchronistic moments that make us find ways to nourish ourselves and remember self love. Once we return to self love and truly returning home to our hearts, we instantly return to Unity. Its a game being played and if we can ground down into the earth with gratitude and then rise up with momentum and fierce persistence of unfolding god’s plan within our hearts we will be focusing on our mission and in the good flow of life, giving and receiving life’s blessings!

I have been teaching Sense U ALL Clowns and Ecstatic Dance since early 2000’s and now in 2026 I am offering these classes soon in Vancouver BC at various yoga and dance studios.
